Learning with the BDSM Training School

  • Are there prerequisites or language requirements?

    Everyone 18 or over can enjoy our courses. The only prerequisite is always to be friendly and tolerant of others.

    One of the strengths of the kink community is that it's open and non-judgemental. It's not cool to threaten, harass, stalk, or abuse others - or express views that may be considered racist, bigoted, or hateful towards another individual, group, culture, race, religion, gender, sexuality or kink.

    All courses are conducted in English; therefore, we suggest students have a good level of English when pursuing any of our courses.

  • Can I take more than one course at a time?

    Yes. Our BDSM classes, tutorials and courses are offered continually throughout the year, so there’s no need to digest all the courses you’re interested in at once. You decide how you want to learn, and at your own pace.

  • How do I register at the BDSM Training School?

    Registration is quick and easy. Just follow these simple steps:

    1. If you’re already a Fetish.com/FET app member, click on ‘sign in’ as all existing members have instant access. If you’re not an existing Fetish.com/FET app member, Click the “Enrol Now” button and you’ll be asked to create a new account.

    2. You will be asked for basic contact information and your credit card payment. We require full payment at the time of registration and all tuition is billed in US dollars. Be sure to check with your bank or credit card company, as your financial institution may charge a foreign transaction fee.

  • My payment didn’t go through. What should I do?

    Firstly we apologize for this inconvenience. We encourage you to reach out to your financial institution as further permissions may be needed to complete the payment. You're also welcome to contact us for further info. In any case, please wait a full 24 hours before trying again.

  • I’ve registered. Now what?

    Welcome! You’ll receive a confirmation email with information on when and how you can access your course. Please check the details and we look forward to seeing you online.

  • Do you provide payment plans?

    In the case of longer courses or those with a higher price, we may provide payment plans to help spread the cost. The duration and cost of the payment plan will be indicated clearly on the course landing page, if available.

    When selecting a monthly payment plan, the collection date is set by the date of your enrolment and will be collected from your credit card automatically. E.g., you enrolled on July 15; your next payment date will be August 15.

    Students will no longer be billed on their monthly billing date once the payment plan has been completed.

    Note: If an attempted payment collection fails, students automatically lose access to the course content. To get support with managing this, send us a ticket via the Support link in the footer.

  • Do I need specific equipment to take online courses?

    You should have an up-to-date web browser such as: Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Internet Explorer.

    While our courses can be accessed on a mobile or tablet device, we strongly encourage you to have access to a desktop or laptop computer along with a reliable internet connection as it’s easier to watch videos and read any supporting material on a laptop or desktop computer.

    Browser troubleshooting steps.
    1. Refresh your cache and restart your browser.
    2. Try accessing your site in a Private or Incognito window, like Chrome's Incognito Mode, or Firefox's Private Window. This opens a fresh browser window without any extensions or settings blocking your content.
    3. Try out a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, etc). Sometimes the issue can be browser specific.
    4. Try disabling your browser.
    extensions to see if there is a conflict.
    5. Try a different device or computer (mobile phone, tablet, PC/Mac laptop/desktop, etc.).
    6. Restart your device.

  • Can I get a refund if I am unable to get online?

    If you have paid but are unable to start your course for any reason, to be granted a full refund, send us a ticket via the Support link in the footer. Please note, we are unable to reimburse for any currency conversion fees charged by your credit-card issuer.

  • Does the BDSM Training School offer certificates?

    All paid tutorials and courses come with a Certificate of Completion, which is issued by the BDSM Training School automatically upon 100% completion. Free taster courses do not come with a Certificate of Completion.
