What you'll learn

This tutorial features a series of simple ties that aims to enhance your understanding of shibari's essential ingredients. Suitable for those that have some familiarity with single and double-column ties, you're encouraged to practice the self-ties and fundamentals to improve agility and help develop muscle memory. Once you've understood these key ingredients, being creative and changing your recipes becomes easier - for example, by varying the same type of tie on different body parts to provide similar functionality but a different look.
